Airedales are the largest members of the terrier breed
Airedales, the largest members of the terrier breed, have long been admired for their natural poise and their marvelous coloration, which ranges from a bright, coppery red to cinnamon.
Male Airedales can grow up to 35 kilograms (about 70 pounds) while the females are somewhat smaller growing to around 45 pounds. Many Indus dogs have become champions over the years and most are shown in Western Canada. Both of the males have been shown extensively with great success in the United States.
Our puppies are lovely, family-raised, young animals.
They are well socialized and an experienced temperament tester evaluates and rates each pup. The test results are used to ensure that each pup is placed with an appropriate family.
All Indus Kennels puppies are sold with written contract that states in writing that an Indus Kennels dog can be returned to Indus Kennels for any or no reason.
All Indus Kennels puppies are examined by a veterinarian and are accompanied by a health record and certificate. Health issues are guaranteed upon purchase and all breeding stock is X-rayed.
For indentification purposes, all Indus Kennels puppies are microchipped with Avid Chips from the Canadian Kennel Club and tattooed with 7KF____ (CKC-registered tattoo). To learn more about our Airedales, visit the Contact Us page.
